Your First Dental Visit
At your initial appointment, our doctors will generally want to start with a one-on-one appointment. By being able to speak directly with Dr. Coombs, Dr. Ross, or Dr. Sourlis right off the bat, our patients can express their reasons for visiting, their specific smile-related concerns, and any goals they hope to achieve at our dental office clearly. Then, we can start working towards a highly personalized treatment plan that will address your needs and hopefully exceed your expectations as well.
Patient Forms
While our waiting room is a very comfortable space, we understand that patients would probably like to spend as little time as possible there. That’s why we now offer online patient forms for added convenience! Just print out the files at home, write in your information, and remember to bring them with you to our dental office. With this step completed ahead of time, our team will be able to bring you back to get started with your scheduled visit that much faster.
